Frequently asked questions
Are these downpipes legal for street use?
Catless configurations are sold for closed-course competition and off-road use only, and are not legal for street use on pollution-controlled vehicles. If you need a street-friendly setup, choose a 200-cell high-flow configuration and check the emissions rules where you live.
Will I get a check-engine light?
A catless downpipe removes the catalyst the car monitors, so it will usually trigger a CEL unless you run a supporting tune that disables the rear O2 check. A 200-cell high-flow cat is far more likely to stay code-free on a tune.
Do I need a tune?
We strongly recommend one — especially for catless setups. A supporting tune realises the airflow gains, keeps fuel trims healthy and manages the CEL. Many owners fit the downpipe at the same time as their tune.
Will it fit my car?
Every part is engine-specific and fits every chassis that shares that engine. Use the VIN checker or vehicle picker on any product page to confirm in seconds — and we personally confirm fitment on every order before it ships.
How long until my order ships?
Everything is made to order and dispatched in 10–14 days with free tracked US shipping. You’ll get tracking as soon as it leaves us.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only. Join our list on the pop-up to hear first when we open up international shipping.
Catless or 200-cell — which should I choose?
Catless gives maximum flow and the most aggressive sound, but is off-road use only and usually needs a tune. 200-cell high-flow keeps things much more street-friendly and emissions-conscious while still flowing far better than stock. Pick based on where and how you drive.
How hard is installation?
It’s an intermediate DIY job — roughly 2–4 hours with basic hand tools and a way to raise the car safely. See our step-by-step overview in The Garage.
What are they made from?
T304 stainless steel, mandrel-bent with back-purged TIG welds, CNC-machined V-band flanges and braided-stainless flex sections. OEM sensor positions are retained.
What’s your warranty and returns policy?
Our parts carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Because items are made to order, please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details — and reach out any time, we’re happy to help.
