  • You will not use off-road/competition parts on vehicles operated on public roads where prohibited.

  • OKTAN Performance is not liable for any fines, penalties, failed inspections, warranty issues, or legal consequences arising from your use of these products.

OKTAN Performance is not responsible for damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the installation, misuse, or use of any product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the product.
